  • Refund Policy
    >>According to Article 18(9) of the Consumer Protection Act in Electronic Commerce, etc., Informa Tech Korea Corporation cannot claim penalties or damages from consumers in connection with withdrawal of subscription within seven days of ticket purchase.
    However, a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged after the conference date,7 days after ticket purchase date.
    >>According to Article 17 (1) of the Consumer Protection Act in Electronic Commerce, etc., refunds can be made if a refund is requested within 7 days of purchase of a conference ticket. Refunds are not allowed after 7 days from the ticket purchase date.
    However, in accordance with Article 17 (2) of the "Act on Consumer Protection in E-Commerce, etc." after the conference date, refunds are not allowed even though seven days have not arrived after the ticket purchase.
